Request for Resolution of Damage to Our Gate

Incident Details
The issue concerns an unresolved incident on November 22, 2023, when Mr. Arshdeep Singh accidentally damaged our gate with his work truck. Despite repeated efforts to resolve this matter with the driver, his manager, his insurance manager, and Intact Insurance, we have not made progress.
Timeline of Events
- December 12, 2023: Contacted Mr. Adam Othmani, who promised to send a check to cover the damages. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled.
- February 25, 2024: Followed up with Mr. Othmani, who then promised to repair the gate himself. Once again, no action was taken.
- Subsequent Follow-Ups: Reached out directly to Mr. Arshdeep Singh, who assured us that he would handle the repairs, but he did not follow through.
- Contacting Intact Insurance: Learned that claims could only be submitted by the driver, further delaying resolution.
Request
Most recently (Sept. 2024), we finally got contact information of the driver’s insurance manager, Mr. Akiki Fadi. We contacted him and he advised us to submit a formal letter to initiate further action. Therefore, I am formally requesting to Mr. Akiki Fadi that:
- The damages to the gate be repaired, or
- Make a payment for us to repair the gate.
We have exhausted all other avenues and hope this letter will prompt the necessary action to resolve this matter fairly and promptly.
